#### Requirements

- Full municipal accounts for the bidder and its directors (not in arrears >90 days) or valid lease agreement.
- Proof of ownership of a Labour Carrier Transport or a valid Letter of Intent.
- Completed compulsory returnables: MBD 1, MBD 2, MBD 3.1 (Pricing), MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 7.1 (Parts 1 & 2), MBD 8, MBD 9; Schedule 1–7; Enterprise Questionnaire.
