- Response: patrol vehicles within ~5–10 km; armed, uniformed, company-marked vehicles; dispatch within 10–15 minutes.  
- Records, replacement/maintenance, and contingency planning: maintain intruder alarm records; inform PPECB of obsolescence; furnish replacement parts; Business Contingency Plan.  
- Service coverage: 24/7/365 operations; 24-hour product support.  
- Security vetting of personnel and PPECB risk assessment rights.  
- Mandatory compliance documents: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1; valid Tax Clearance PIN or CSD registration; B-BBEE certificate or EME/QSE affidavit.
