## Summary

**Provision of a next-generation nationwide Wide Area Network (WAN), secure Internet connectivity, managed security, disaster recovery and related managed services for a period of five years.** Legal Aid South Africa seeks bids from experienced ICT/telecoms integrators to design, implement and operate an SD-WAN-based national WAN serving ~130 sites, with centralised policy management, encrypted overlay, local/cloud Internet breakout, multi-carrier underlay, 24x7 monitoring and fully managed security (SASE/SSE/Zero Trust) including DR and transition support. The contract is a 60-month, end-to-end managed service with ongoing governance, monitoring and exit/portability requirements.
