**Procurement of a project management resource to oversee Johannesburg Water’s GRAP 104 implementation project.** Bid suitability: qualified CA(SA) with SAICA, minimum 3 years in project management, GRAP 104 or related financial/regulatory implementation experience, plus strong financial modelling, stakeholder governance, and Excel skills.

#### Requirements
- Qualified and registered Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with SAICA.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ project management experience.
- Experience in finance/accounting/regulatory implementation projects; GRAP familiarity preferred.
- Proven financial modelling and financial analysis capability.
- Strong stakeholder management, project governance, and reporting skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced modelling).
- Advantageous: experience in local government/public sector.
- Contract: as-needed, not exceeding 12 months.
- Evaluation factors include: ability to demonstrate 3+ completed projects; minimum qualifying score of 75; compliance with mandatory documentation (MBD forms, BBBEE, tax, CSD, etc.).
