**Provision of a two-day snake handling training for SAWS employees at Upington, Northern Cape.** SAWS seeks accredited trainers to deliver a face-to-face course for 10 staff in Upington, within a up-to-R500,000 budget. Suitable bidders are training providers with accredited snake handling/safety training expertise, occupational health and safety credentials, and experience delivering government/public entity training (credentials, certification, and reporting capability).

#### Requirements
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and provide the CSD number.
- SARS tax compliance: submit PIN or Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate (foreign bidders may need Annexure A processing and SARS confirmation).
- Letter of Good Standing for COIDA (Mandatory).
- BBBEE status: valid certificate or sworn affidavit for points claims.
- Complete and submit Annexure A, SBD 3.3 (Pricing Schedule), SBD 4, and SBD 6.1 if claiming preferences.
- Evidence of subcontracting or teaming arrangement if applicable.
- POPIA supplier consent (Annexure I) and general compliance with SAWS data protections.
