**Provision of Air Travel and Ticketing Agency Services under a two-year framework agreement open to IATA-registered travel service providers.** The procurement is by the County Government of Machakos, inviting open national bids for air travel booking and ticketing as part of a framework contract for 2026-2028 (two-year period). #### Requirements

- Documents to be submitted include Form of Tender, Activity Schedule, Tender Security/Declaration, JV agreement if any, evidence of eligibility, conformity and other documents as per the Tender Data Sheet.
- Standstill period of 14 days post-award and performance security requirements after contract signing (if applicable).
- Compliance with public procurement law and environmental/anti-corruption provisions as outlined in the tender documents.
