## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of armed response security services for Nelshoogte Plantation for a three-month period.** SAFCOL invites bids from security service providers with firearms competencies to deploy 24/7 armed response teams, including a team leader, multiple armed guards, and mobile assets (4x4 vehicles and an armour-plating vehicle), plus dispatch and forensic capability in the Lowveld region. Suitable bidders should have PSIRA/fit-for-service credentials, fleet and communications capacity, and compliance with SAFCOL and South African security regulations. (RFQ documents)

#### Requirements
- On-time, complete RFQ submission on company letterhead with all SBD forms.
- SANAS-accredited B-BBEE verification (or EME/QSE sworn affidavit) and tax clearance; CSD registration (or MAQA number).
- IDs for company directors; Supplier Code of Conduct; Schedule 6.2 and Annexure C for Local Content.
- Sign NEC4 Term Service Short Contract (TSSC4) and provide deviations schedule if any.
- Demonstrable 5+ years’ tactical response/timber industry experience (3 client reference letters on letterhead).
- Compliance with vehicle/equipment requirements: 4x4 vehicles (5-seat min) with tracking; armour vehicle on standby; eNatis ownership; ICASA radio license; monthly reporting; liability insurance (public liability min R10m).
- Strict pre-appointment verification: firearms certificates, medicals, COIDA, PSIRA, PPE, first aid, occurrence books, etc.
- Locality/ownership goals for preferential points (51%+ Black Owned contributes points).
