**Procurement of auto electrical repairs, strip and quote, including supply and fitment of batteries, LED lighting and emergency vehicle sirens for Garden Route District Municipality fleet for a 36-month period.** Suitable bidders are experienced auto-electrical service providers with qualified auto electricians, workshop capacity, and the ability to service light vehicles, heavy vehicles, buses, and fire/emergency units.

#### Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ automotive electrical experience; proven work on fleet vehicles, heavy trucks, and emergency vehicles.
- Qualified and certified auto electricians and adequate workshop capacity.
- Ability to respond to emergency call-outs within 1 hour and non-emergency within 4 hours (documented proof on official letterhead).
- At least two client references for similar services (with contact details).
- Workshop capable of diagnosing/repairing full GRDM vehicle range; use of OEM or equivalent parts.
- Compliance with OHSA and environmental regulations; tax compliance (SARS TCS/PIN), CSD registration, and municipal accounts or valid lease for locality.
- Preference documentation: B-BBEE status level, locality within Garden Route or Western Cape; completed B-BBEE certificates or sworn affidavits.
- Completion and signing of required bid forms (MBD 1, 3.1, 4, 5, 6.1, 7.1, 8, 9) and pricing schedule.
