#### Requirements
- Demonstrated experience delivering BaaS or cloud backup services for large organizations with defined SLA, RPO and RTO.
- Compliance with data protection and information security obligations (POPIA) and ability to implement required controls.
- Ability to provide NEC3 ECC3 contract instruments (e.g., Parent Company Guarantee, Performance Bond, Advanced Payment Bond, Retention) as part of Works Information.
- Willingness to comply with Eskom health, safety, environment and security requirements, including security clearances and appropriate insurances.
