## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access (PRA) licences renewal for a period of three years.** SACAA seeks bids from ICT/cybersecurity vendors to renew PRA licences, including 50 named-user PRA Cloud licenses, 1 PRA Cloud Advanced Web Access license, and 200 on-demand support hours, over 36 months. Bidders should supply licences, provide implementation and ongoing support, and hold BeyondTrust OEM authorisation with PRA/Password Safe credentials where required (per evaluation criteria). They must also meet public-sector pre-qualification norms (CSD, tax, BBBEE). 

#### Requirements
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration before submitting bids; provide supplier number (MAAA).
- Complete and sign official forms: **SBD 1**, **SBD 3**, **SBD 4**, and **SBD 6.1**.
- Tax/compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or CSD number; ensure SARS/Tax compliance obligations; separate TCS if part of a joint venture.
- BBBEE: provide BBBEE status level certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE eligible for preference points).
- OEM authorisation: submit a formal OEM authorisation letter confirming reseller/distributor/implementation partner status for BeyondTrust PRA.
- If subcontracting, or a joint venture, provide corresponding TCS/BBBEE documentation and disclosures as required.
