**Procurement of Building and Infrastructure Maintenance Services at Gourikwa Gas Turbine Station on an as-and-when-required basis for five years.** Eskom Generation (Peaking Operations) invites bids from contractors with building maintenance, facilities management and related engineering capabilities to service Eskom peaking sites, with CIDB registration and adherence to Eskom quality, safety and integrity requirements.

#### Requirements

- ISO 9001:2015 QMS and Supplier Quality Management (QM 58) with quality plans, monitoring, and nonconformity/corrective action processes.
- Compliance with Eskom Standard Conditions of Tender, Integrity Pact, NDA, and tax/tender questionnaires (PAYE) including Supplier Declaration of Interest and Local Content declarations (CPA Annexures).
- Pre- and post-contract quality controls and audits, including defined roles/responsibilities and documentation controls.
- Mandatory safety framework: Occupational Health and Safety baseline risk assessment, procedures for unsafe work, and related risk controls.
- Attend compulsory clarification meeting; submit electronic tender via Eskom e-tendering site.
