**Procurement of Building and Infrastructure Maintenance Services at Port Rex Gas Turbine Station on an as-and-when-required basis for five years.** Bidders should have capabilities in building maintenance, civil/infrastructure works, electrical and mechanical building services, and facilities management, with appropriate CIDB registration and health/safety and quality management credentials. - CIDB-grade appropriate to building/civil works and relevant QA credentials (ISO 9001 or equivalent per Supplier Quality Management specifications).
- Compliance with Eskom Tender Conditions, Safety/HS&E requirements, and quality assurance (Quality Plan, Contract Quality Plan, audits).
- Post-contract quality monitoring, nonconformity handling, and access to information for Eskom audits (Supplier Quality Management Specification Clauses 3.7–3.8).
- Tax and procurement compliance (Tax Evaluation Questionnaire; PAYE questionnaire; NDA; Declaration of Interest; CPA/local-content requirements).
- Completion of standard tender returnables and forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2; Annexures A–F; local content declarations).
