#### Requirements
- CIDB registration appropriate to the works (Building/Civil and related disciplines).
- Quality: implement a **Supplier Quality Management Specification** (ISO 9001 or equivalent) with a Quality Plan and Contract Quality Plan.
- Safety/OS&H: comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 and Eskom’s risk management/safety procedures (Baseline risk assessment; Employees’ Right of Refusal to Work in an Unsafe Situation procedure).
- Compliance documents: complete and submit required SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1/6.2) and local content declarations; provide NDA, Supplier Declaration of Interest, and Integrity Pact as applicable; tax questionnaire for PAYE assessment.
- Pre- and post-contract quality checks, audits, and non-conformity management as per the Supplier Quality Management specification.
- Mandatory Clarification Meeting and tender documentation updates via the Eskom Tender Bulletin; bid addenda published as needed.
