#### Requirements
- Valid tax/compliance status (TCS/pin) or CSD registration; CSD number to be attached.  
- Site briefing attendance (exemption for MTK12/2025 attendees) and an attendance certificate.  
- Valid certificates of good standing with the Compensation Fund; FEDHASA or accredited hospitality body membership.  
- Minimum staff and roles: 1 KA Manager, 1 Catering Manager, 1 Chef, 2 Cooks, 2 Cashiers, 2 Waitrons, 2 Front line, 1 General Assistant.  
- Food serving license and ISO 9002 compliance; ability to audit.  
- Provision of an organogram; three (3) or more contactable client references; abridged CVs for key personnel (KA Manager, Catering Manager, Chef).  
- Major consumable contracts (milk, meat, fruit/veg, bakery, soft drinks) and off-site facilities proof if applicable.  
- Insurance (public liability) and OH&S compliance; adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act.  
- Pricing in firm Rand terms; 90-day tender validity; 80/20 evaluation with 70-point functionality threshold.
