**Provision of catering services for UFH’s Research and Innovation.** University of Fort Hare invites quotes from suitably qualified catering service providers to supply campus catering for research and innovation events (RFQ 0104.SM/2026).

#### Requirements
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration is compulsory.
- Original Tax Clearance Certificate required.
- BBBEE: 80/20 preference points (price vs. specific goals); attach CSD Summary report.
- Complete and submit standard bidding documents: SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points), SBD 9 (Independent Bid Determination), and the Pricing Schedule/Declaration of Price (Pricing Declaration Form).
- Quote validity: 90 days from submission.
- Submission via email to smagcanya@ufh.ac.za; no late quotes accepted; UFH reserves right to amend criteria or not award.
