#### Overview
**Provision of OSCE examinations catering services at the University of Fort Hare.** Suitable for registered and partner catering service providers. Bidders must have a valid Tax Clearance, Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, and registration on the University of Fort Hare Database, plus health certificate and compliance with University policies (GBV, Code of Ethics, Anti-Fraud). Evaluation uses a price-based 80/20 (or 90/10 for higher value), with up to 20 points for Specific Goals (51%+ women ownership).
#### Requirements
- Registered catering service provider; able to cater for OSCE exams (25 people per day).
- Registration on CSD and UFH Database; Original Tax Clearance; Health certificate.
- Compliance with SCM policies and University policies (GBV, ethics, anti-fraud).
- Complete SQD Form 1; provide Pricing Schedule; and submit SBD forms (SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 9) as part of bid documents.
- Declaration of interest and Independent Bid Determination where required.
- Evidence of BBBEE status and, if applicable, sub-contracting details.
- Pricing valid for bid period; acceptance via official UFH order; no late quotations.
