**Provision of Civil Maintenance Services for a period of 36 months at Komati Power Station.** Eskom invites qualified civil/maintenance contractors to bid for a comprehensive scope including bricklaying, painting, road maintenance, tiling, building inspections, plumbing and drainage, fence/perimeter inspection, roofing/waterproofing, carpentry, and excavation at Komati Power Station. Bidders should have Civil Engineering/NEC contract experience and appropriate registrations for governance and gatekeeping. 

#### Requirements
- Gatekeeper registrations: CIDB Grading 6 GB/CE and NHBRC registration. 
- Qualified personnel: Site Manager, Supervisor, Planner, Safety Officer, trades (bricklayer, painter, plumber, carpenter) with relevant qualifications and experience; adherence to Eskom Life Saving Rules; ISO 45001 knowledge. 
- Technical/commercial documentation: SBD forms, Annexures A–J, pricing schedule, CIDB proof of grading, CSD registration, tax clearance, local-content declarations, and related compliance. 
- Safety/environment: ISO 9001/14001/45001 references, OHS Act compliance, COIDA, and formal risk/method statements for works. 
- Equipment/plant: ownership or LOIs for listed plant (TLB, roller, compactor, cherry picker, etc.) and manned operations. 
- Works scope specifics: bricklaying, painting, road maintenance, tiling, building inspections, drainage, fencing, roofing, carpentry, excavation, and associated site management.
