#### Overview
**Procurement of cleaning services for the Treasury Building, Bima House, Herufi House, Re – Insurance Plaza, National Bank Building and Jubilee Insurance Building.** Open Tender open to firms registered with AGPO (Youth, Women and Persons with Disabilities). Contract duration is 3 years from handover.

#### Requirements
- Eligibility to tender as a firm or JV, with requisite representations and no conflicts of interest.  
- AGPO registration and eligibility for Youth/Women/PWD groups.  
- Key documents to submit: County Government Single Business Permit; Certificate of Registration/Incorporation; Valid Tax Compliance Certificate; Valid NSSF Compliance Certificate; Valid SHA Compliance Certificate; Copy of valid Certificate of Good Conduct for key staff.

- Site visit before bidding; questions due by the deadline in the TDS, with clarifications published.
