- Located within eThekwini Municipality (proof via CIPC/CSD); 
- POPI Act declaration; 
- BBBEE documentation or evidence for cooperatives as applicable; 
- Evidence of CIDB alignment and ability to comply with standard tender conditions; 
- Confirmation of tax/compliance registrations as applicable.

#### How to Apply
- Briefing: Mandatory briefing session on 23 September 2026 at 11:00, 88 Dunkeld Road, Reservoir Hills, Durban (attendance restricted to bidders who purchased the bid documents) (see 2025/009(B) tender document.pdf). 
- Submission deadline: 8 October 2026 by 12:00. 
- Submission method: Tender documents must be deposited in the Tender Box at 310 Burger Street, Pietermaritzburg; faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
