**GAAL invites bids for the provision of CODE 14 (EC) driver’s license training (theory and practical) for Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting personnel, to be conducted in Polokwane, with 10 learners and 10 licenses targeted, including study materials and a training manual.** The service must deliver venue, theory and practical training, bookings with traffic department, and issuance of licenses within 90 days from appointment. #### Requirements
- Administrative/qualification criteria (mandatory): registration as an Instructor Grade B, EC or L; proof of vehicle ownership; driving instructor registered with the Provincial Department of Transport; proof of CSD registration; pricing schedule completed; SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 completed; tax/compliance requirements (SARS PIN or TCS); ensure all forms submitted in black ink.
- Training delivery: venue at bidder’s Polokwane training centre; duration not to exceed 90 days; provide training venue, study material, and learner/test administration; include 10x Code 14 licenses, 10x Code 14 learner licenses, and 10x licenses issued on completion; include 10x training manuals.
- Additional: system for bookings at traffic department and ongoing support until certification; compliance with NRTA and relevant safety/legal standards.
