## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of five (5) enterprise licenses for Code on Time subscription services for a period of 24 months.** (RFQ-ICT-26-27-058 Template -enterprise licenses.pdf) merSETA invites accredited Code on Time resellers with enterprise-licensing capability to supply and manage the 24-month subscription.

#### Requirements
- Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a valid CSD number.
- Tax matters in order; tax clearance status in place; prices must be firm and VAT-inclusive where applicable.
- Valid BBBEE certificate/affidavit; provide documentation for specific-goal ownership claims (e.g., black ownership, PwD, etc.) as applicable.
- Complete and submit SBD forms: SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points), SBD 7.1 (Contract Form) plus the Pricing Schedule.
- Provide a valid reseller certificate/letter from Code on Time confirming authorization.
- Price declaration: prices must be firm and valid for a minimum of 60 days from closing date.
- merSETA may award to more than one supplier or part of the bid and may require verification or audits.
