## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of COIDA Administrative services and related COID claims administration for SAMRC for three years, with a possible two-year extension, open to bidders with COIDA/claims administration expertise.** Eligible firms should demonstrate COIDA claims experience, electronic claims capabilities, and relevant regulatory/compliance credentials.

#### Requirements
- Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) with proof (CSD Summary).  
- Tax compliant at time of award.  
- Signed terms and conditions, Bidder’s Disclosure, SBD 6.1, Form of Offer, General Conditions of Contract.  
- CIDB registration (minimum Grade 1 or 2 for construction works as applicable) and active CIDB status.  
- COIDA letter of good standing (original or certified).  
- Authority from OEM/OSM to sell/distribute and support the relevant products/services.  
- BBBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit.  
- At least three written, contactable references for COID/related services.  
- POPIA compliance consent.  
- Bid submissions must be identical in format/price (price validity, 90-day validity).  
- Additional; the bid may be disqualified for non-disclosure of related entities or connections in CSD (as per the disclosure forms).
