## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of complete electrical/electronics engineering professional services for the development of the MMSEZ North Site ICT infrastructure (Phase II).** This is an Open Tender inviting electrical/electronic/ICT engineering firms with registered professionals to bid, with a mandatory briefing at the Musina area and a site briefing listed in the attached documents.

#### Requirements
- The bidding entity must be an electrical/electronic/ICT engineering business under the fulltime supervision of a registered professional engineer/technologist, and owned/controlled by registered professionals (at least 51%).  
- Copies of current professional registrations with ECSA (for all principals listed) including registration numbers.  
- At least one Key Person: Electrical/Electronic/ICT/Network engineer (PrEng) registered with ECSA, with a minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience; relevant degree (BSc/BEng in Electrical/Electronic or ICT).  
- A minimum three additional technical staff (supporting team) must be provided and registered where applicable.  
- Professional Indemnity insurance at least twice the contract amount; proof may be requested.  
- Compliance with tax obligations: SARS PIN or TCS, CSD registration if no TCS, and related VAT/tax documentation.  
- Returnable documentation and pre-qualification items as listed (e.g., MMSEZ forms MMSEZ-01 to MMSEZ-10, forms for joint ventures/consortia if applicable, etc.).  
- Attendance at a compulsory clarification meeting (if applicable).  
- Ensure risk and functionality criteria are addressed in the submission (as per the tender data).
