## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of condom sampling and related services for a 12-month period.** The SA Bureau of Standards (SABS) invites suitably qualified providers to perform condom sampling and related services for 12 months, including logistics such as courier and customs clearance. Suitable bidders should have experience in sampling (preferably at international level), capacity to cover required geographic footprint, and the ability to comply with SABS terms and conditions (see Annexure A for scope).

#### Requirements
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report.
- Valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (to claim specific goals).
- SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure Form) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form).
- Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be signed with SABS.
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate; or a CSD number if no TCS.
- Evidence of capability to perform the scope (Annexure A), including experience, capacity, and references; minimum threshold of 75% functionality to proceed to preference scoring.
- Sign and return SBD7 if awarded (written contract form).
