#### Overview
**Procurement of consultancy services to develop a Municipal Naming & Signage Policy for Makueni County.** Open to eligible consulting firms with urban planning, municipal policy development, stakeholder engagement, and signage standards expertise.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in municipal naming policy or signage policy (or related urban planning policy) with CVs for Key Experts.
- Availability of Key Experts for the assignment; estimated input of 3 person-months.
- Compliance with Kenyan procurement rules: no PPRA debarment, valid tax compliance certificate, no conflicts of interest, and no involvement of public officers.
- Financial proposal within the total budget of KSH 1,950,000 (local costs in Kenyan Shillings).
- Proposals to be in English; all required forms and documentary evidence must be provided.
- Subcontracting require prior approval; Key Experts must not appear in more than one proposal unless permitted.
- Currency for pricing is Kenyan Shillings; taxes included as specified.
