## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of consultancy services to develop a Knowledge Management Framework.** Kenya Development Corporation invites proposals to develop a KM framework (RFP/KDC/010/2026-2027) using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS). The assignment is open to consulting firms with KM, information governance or knowledge management framework experience. #### Requirements
- Experience in developing knowledge management frameworks and related deliverables. 
- Key Experts with CVs and evidence of qualifications; Non‑Key Experts appended as required. 
- Valid tax compliance certificate (Kenya) or tax exemption where applicable. 
- Consultant and sub-contractors must not be debarred by PPRA and must meet eligibility and integrity criteria. 
- No conflicts of interest; JV arrangements must follow the RFP rules (e.g., lead member for any JV). 
- Submission of a single proposal per consultant or JV; adherence to proposal validity and other ITC requirements.
