## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of Data Governance and Architecture.** merSETA seeks proposals from service providers to deliver Data Governance and Data Architecture capabilities, including governance framework, data quality architecture, and current/future state architectures. Bidders should have experienced data governance/architecture teams, with a DAMA or TOGAF-certified Project Lead, at least five years’ relevant work, and three signed references.

Deliverables include Data Governance components (codes, dictionary, governance framework, maturity plan, charter, data quality reference architecture, data committee) and Data Architecture outputs (current/future state, implementation/mitigation plan, data sources inventory).

#### Requirements
- Project Lead must be DAMA or TOGAF certified.
- Demonstrate at least five years of similar experience with three signed reference letters in the last five years.
- Provide Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration number and be tax-compliant.
- Submit returnable documents: SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7.1, pricing schedule, and full proposal aligned to specifications.
- Prices must be firm, VAT-inclusive where applicable, and valid for at least 60 days from closing.
- Provide BBBEE documentation and demonstrate compliance with Preferential Procurement Regulations (80/20) and specific goals.
- Include a detailed project plan and company profile; ensure tax matters are in order.
