#### Requirements

- BBBEE: SANAS-accredited certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE) signed by a Commissioner of Oaths.
- Latest SARS Tax Clearance Certificate.
- CSD registration (if not registered, register within 7 working days of award).
- Company registration documents and IDs of company directors.
- Labour/COID compliance: Proof of registration with the Compensation Commissioner and a good standing/COID-related documents.
- Price must be firm and VAT-inclusive; timesheets to be submitted daily; accommodation and transport arrangements to be provided by the bidder; PPE to be supplied per job function.
- If bidding as a Joint Venture, provide consolidated B-BBEE certificate.
- Complete and submit all disclosure and supplier code of conduct forms (SBD4, SBD6.1, etc.) as part of the returnable documents.
