#### Requirements
- Demonstrable experience managing a contract in sawmilling/forestry/agriculture with contactable references.
- Ability to supply labour for destacking (two shifts) and rework departments, plus transport, and to manage Labour IR, safety, and induction per SAFCOL/Komatiland standards.
- Compliance: fully signed SBDs, tax clearance, SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or EME/QSE sworn affidavit, and CSD registration (or MAASA number); IDs for company directors.
- Legal and safety: COID/workmen’s compensation, provision of PPE per safety matrix, and adherence to Basic Conditions of Employment and related labour laws.
- Financials: prices inclusive of VAT; firm prices; ability to operate under the RFQ’s 60-day validity (from closing date).
- Additional: JV/bid with consolidated B-BEE documentation if applicable; returnable documents as specified.
