#### Requirements
- Minimum three references for similar maintenance of high mast poles within past five years. 
- CVs and qualifications: onsite supervisor (2+ years in engineering), sandblasting team (2+ years, with certificate), and electrician (2+ years, with NQF 3 or N2 in mechanical/electrical). 
- Project plan showing resources and milestones; lead time for each pole not to exceed five days. 
- Compliance: Tax compliance (SARS PIN/TCS or CSD registration), and registration on the Central Supplier Database where applicable. 
- BBBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit; provide proof if applicable. 
- Security clearance may be required for personnel and subcontractors. 
- Mandatory briefing attendance; certificate of attendance required. PPE must be worn at site briefing.
