- Appointment of competent health and safety personnel as required by OHS/MHS Act provisions, and liaison with Eskom OHS departments.
- Induction, site-specific training, toolbox talks, and inclusion of health and safety representatives where applicable.
- Management of contractors/subcontractors and joint ventures to meet Eskom SHE requirements, with appropriate documentation and audits.
- Emergency preparedness, incident investigation, training matrices, and proper SHE file maintenance.
