#### Requirements
- Registered as a service provider on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).  
- Registered on the eThekwini Municipality supplier database (via ESP portal).  
- Tax compliance: Tax Clearance or Tax Compliance Status PIN; VAT status and number if applicable.  
- Declarations: Municipal Fees, Interest (MBD 4), Procurement Above R10m (MBD 5, if applicable), Preference Points (MBD 6.1), Past SCM Practices (MBD 8), Independent Bid Determination (MBD 9).  
- Official Tender Form fully completed and signed; Authority of Signatory.  
- If a Joint Venture, provide JV Agreement and relevant BBEE documentation for the JV.  
- Occupational Health and Safety compliance: OHS Act agreement (37.2).  
- Samples may be requested; list manufacturers if not the primary manufacturer.  
- Pricing must align with the Official Tender Form; firm/unit pricing for contract duration.  
- Compulsory briefing/clarification requirements as per SCT; non-attendance may invalidate tender.  
- Clarity on subcontracting portions and sub-contractors’ details if applicable.
