**Provision of Enterprise GIS licenses, technical support, development and GIS training for Sol Plaatje Local Municipality over three years (2026/27 – 2028/29).** Bidders should be GIS vendors or IT/system integrators with proven ArcGIS Enterprise deployments in municipalities, including license management, data migration, custom development, online portals, and certified GIS training delivery. #### Requirements
- Enterprise GIS platform based on ArcGIS Enterprise (on-premise SQL Server) with required modules (TPAMS, BPAMS, PLAMS, eVRMS) and related licenses; include maintenance, data management, and training.
- Ability to integrate with existing municipal systems, migrate/manage data, MOS certification and API compatibility.
- Qualified project team: Lead Developer, Solution Developers, Business Analysts, SACG Professional GIS members, Systems Engineers; CVs/qualifications required.
- Compliance documents: valid Tax Compliance PIN, CSD registration, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, current municipal account or valid lease agreement.
- Mandatory bid documents: MBD forms 1, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 (if applicable), 4, 6.1, 6.2, 8, 9; signed originals with two witnesses; Joint Venture requirements if applicable.
