**SANSA seeks an exhibition stand builder/exhibition development partner to create the Space pavilion for AAD 2026, furnish a chalet and appoint a caterer for Africa Aerospace and Defence 2026.** The event runs 16-20 Sept 2026 at Waterkloof Airforce Base. Target bidders: experienced exhibition/development firms capable of stand construction, pavilion design, chalet fit-out and catering coordination. This is an Open-Tender with online submission and a mandatory briefing.

#### Requirements
- Proven experience in exhibition stand/pavilion development, chalet furnishing and event catering (AAD context).
