**Provision of financial misconduct investigating services to Swellendam Municipality (Quotation SMQ77-25-26).** Open to bidders with forensic/investigative capability and experience in financial misconduct investigations; candidates should provide at least three reference letters for similar engagements in the last five years. Delivery location is 11 Lind Street, Swellendam. Quotations must be valid for 60 days and include a valid Tax Compliance Status PIN.

#### Requirements
- Provide at least 3 reference letters for similar services in the past 5 years (special condition).  
- Hold a valid Tax Compliance Status PIN (SARS) and submit with the quotation.  
- Submissions must be on prescribed documents, in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the quotation number and description, deposited in the Municipal Quotation Box by 11:00 on 19 June 2026 (SMQ77-25-26_Advert.pdf); late or non-sealed submissions will not be considered.  
- Quotations are evaluated under the 80/20 Preferential Procurement Policy; the Council may accept a part or full quotation and is not obliged to accept the lowest bid.
