**Provision of fire response training programme for the proto team at Komati Power Station for a 5-year period, to deliver a complete fire-training solution including planning, a live-fire facility and controlled scenarios, qualified instructors, simulators, equipment and coaching.** Bid should be considered by training providers with fire-training delivery experience, safety/OHS compliance expertise, and appropriate registrations and accreditations (ISO 9001, Eskom OHS, training-provider accreditation; CIDB/CSD as applicable). 

#### Requirements
- Five-year scope to provide a complete fire-training solution (planning, facility, live-fire training, instructors, simulators, equipment, practical scenarios).
- Compliance with Eskom quality and OHS standards (ISO 9001 alignment; Eskom Quality Requirements 240-105658000; Annexure B OHS requirements; baseline OHS risk assessment; health and safety plan).
- Provider and instructors must hold relevant accreditation/approval; training-provider accreditation; evidence of valid accreditation; instructor qualifications.
- Site-specific requirements: training facility and live-fire capability, safety management, emergency procedures, PPE, lif Saving Rules alignment.
- Insurance, third-party insurance, and OHS policy signed by leadership; management of contractors/suppliers per Eskom requirements.
- SDL&I/BBBEE considerations and preference-point procedures; minimum job references (fire-training experience) and other tender returnables (annexures, SBDs, pricing schedules).
- CIDB/CSD and related mandatory tender returnables as specified in the ITT package.
