**Provision of firefighting personnel on an as-and-when-required basis for a period of three years at the Port of East London.** Bidders should be able to supply firefighting personnel for port operations and comply with Transnet's RFQ prerequisites, including mandatory briefing, online submission, tax/compliance and integrity obligations.

#### Requirements
- Supply firefighting personnel under a 3-year contract at Port of East London.
- Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN/TCS; if not available, provide CSD; separate TCS for JV/sub-contractors.
- Register on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) where required; provide CSD or TCS as applicable.
- Submit bids via the Transnet e-tender portal; log intent; upload documents (max 30MB); pricing entered electronically; no late submissions; use own bidder profile.
- Sign the Integrity Pact (Annexure B) and Non-Disclosure Agreement (Annexure D); bid validity 90 days; refer to Annexure C general bid conditions.
