## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of Fortinet licensing, management platforms, VPN solution, implementation services and annual support & maintenance.** The NRWDI seeks a service provider to supply Fortinet licensing (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiClient VPN), associated management platforms, VPN connectivity, implementation services and 1-year support/maintenance for a secure hybrid AD environment spanning Midrand, Vaalputs and Azure DR.

#### Requirements
- Quote fully per the price table and scope; submit before the RFQ closing time to the correct email.
- Provide a minimum of two reference letters from clients where Fortinet licensing/support was delivered.
- Submit a valid copy of a Certified Fortinet Partner.
- Demonstrate ability to pay Fortinet first (or provide credible assurance of payment arrangements) before NRWDI payment.
- Include ID copies of owners/directors as reflected on official registration documents.
- Tax compliance; not listed on restricted/tender defaulters registers; BBBEE certificate or affidavit.
- Complete all SBD forms (SBD 4 and 6.1) and submit together with quotation.
- Bidder must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (except foreign bidders with no local entity).
- Indicate ISO 9001:2015 certification status in the proposal.
- Obtain and provide CSD/CCSD-related documentation as part of the proposal.

Note: The evaluation uses an 80/20 price vs. specific-goals mix, with specific goals defined for ownership by Black People and Women.
