## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of fumigation/pest control and removal of bees at Enoch Mgijima & Inxuba Yethemba sub-districts in Chris Hani Health District.** The EC DoH will award four clusters to qualifying bidders: Cluster A (six hospitals), Cluster B (Enoch Mgijima sub-district clinics), Cluster C (Inxuba Yethemba sub-district clinics). Pricing is rate/item based (per m2 for pest treatment, per bee hive for removal; two-sided door bait stations, etc.) and bids are submitted online via etenders.gov.za. #### Requirements
- Valid Pest Control Operator (PCO) certificate; Department of Agriculture registration; provide SDS for pesticides.
- Bidders must be on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide Tax Compliance status (SARS PIN) or CSD number; LOGIS registration preferred.
- Complete and sign all bid forms (SBD1, SBD2/Schedule B, SBD3.2/Schedule C, SBD4, SBD6.1) and attach Part 5 schedules; if a consortium, include JV agreements and CSDs for all parties.
- Demonstrate financial capacity (bank letter or audited statements not older than 3 months).
- Provide detailed qualifications/experience, including the manager’s profile.
- For BBBEE: submit proof of status and specific goals claims (HDI ownership, women, youth, disability, locality) with appropriate documentation (CIPRO certificates, ownership proofs).
- Compliance with LOGIS, CSD, tax verification; adherence to GCC and PPR regulations.
