## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of Group Medical Insurance Cover for the staff of the County Assembly of Kiambu.** Open to qualified insurance providers registered by the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA); joint ventures allowed with each member jointly and severally liable; tax compliance and other regulatory requirements as per ITT 4 and ITT 18.

#### Requirements
- IRA-registered insurance service providers eligible to tender.
- Joint ventures allowed with joint and several liability.
- Tender security of Kshs.500,000, valid for 150 days from tender opening.
- Tenders must be submitted on IFMIS; public opening.
- Kenyan tax compliance certificate (KRA).
- Compliance with anti-corruption and competition rules (Certificate of Independent Tender Determination) and related eligibility/qualification criteria.

#### How to Apply

- Submission method: electronic submission via IFMIS; deadline 03 November 2026 at 09:00 (and possible extensions via addenda).
