## Summary

#### Overview

#### Requirements
- Eligibility and qualification in line with ITT and Section III; JV options allowed with full liability among members; no conflicts of interest; compliance with anti-corruption rules; debarment checks.
- Tender security of 100,000 Kenyan Shillings (or tender-secured declaration) required; bids must be serially paginated.
