**Provision of Hygiene Services for a period of 36 months for Ingquza Hill Local Municipality, including supply, delivery and maintenance of cleaning materials and hygiene equipment at Flagstaff and Lusikisiki offices.** Bidders should be experienced hygiene/cleaning service providers with ISO45001 and SANS10248 accreditation and must meet SCM requirements (MBD forms, SARS TCS, tax clearance, CSD registration, and other mandatory documents). Proposals will be evaluated on 100 points for functionality (experience 30, expertise 30, methodology 40), with 70/100 required to proceed to the 80/20 price and specific-goals scoring. Specific goals include ownership by youth, women, disability, and black ownership. Bids are open to qualified bidders and must comply with the municipality’s SCM policies.
