#### Requirements
- Proven experience in design/installation of purified water dispensers and purification systems
- Key personnel: Project Manager (Degree/BTech), Plumber (trade test), Electrician (trade test); certified copies to be attached
- Returnable documents: signed offer and pricing, SBD 3.3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, Confidentiality/Non‑Disclosure, BBBEE certificate or affidavit, Tax PIN or SARS Tax Compliance Status, CSD number or VAT questionnaire, ACSA terms and conditions
- Three reference letters for similar installations with value >= R250,000 in last 10 years
- Validity: bids to remain firm for 120 business days; SAQA verification for foreign qualifications if applicable
