#### Overview
**Provision of Insurance Services for all Municipal Assets for a period of three years.** Mhlontlo Local Municipality invites bids from suitably qualified service providers to centralize and manage the municipality’s short-term insurance portfolio, with demonstrated experience in medium-term insurance for municipalities and required governance/compliance capabilities.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage medium-term insurance for municipalities; technical capacity to interpret the TOR.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience and hold at least the IISA qualification; CVs and certified qualifications to be provided.
- Evidence of previous contracts: client reference letters with appointment letters; deposits/attachments as required by the evaluation.
- Required documents: CSD number, SARS PIN, tax clearance status, company profile with references, B-BBEE certificate (sworn affidavit/SANAS where applicable), proof of municipal rates or lease, and all MBD returnable forms signed by directors.
- JV/consortium: if applicable, consolidated B-BBEE status verification and JV agreement.
- Compliance: SCM policies, MFMA amendments process, POPIA addendum and data-protection obligations.
