## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of intermediate and advanced Microsoft Excel training for Prince Albert Municipality.** Qualified bidders are training providers with corporate IT training experience, capable of delivering Excel modules to staff (on-site or online) within a municipal context.

#### Requirements
- Tax clearance and CSD registration status with bid; provide Tax Pin/CSD number (MBD2).
- B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; specify locality points if applicable.
- Complete and sign required bid forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.2, MBD8, MBD9) and pricing schedule (MBD3.1).
- CIDB registration where applicable and CIDB details if required.
- Submit Central Supplier Database (CSD) report and CIPC/company documents; attach municipal accounts if requested.
- Compliance with GCC/SCC, and bid validity as specified (80/20 preference with associated criteria).
