## Summary

#### Overview
**RAF seeks a 24-month, membership-based IT research and advisory service to support IT governance, risk management, digital transformation and strategic technology decision-making.** The RAF invites IT research/advisory providers to offer unlimited access to research content, guided implementations, a training platform, diagnostic tools, governance templates, and custom initiative plans for six RAF employees.

#### Requirements
- Eligibility: must be an eligible, registered SA service provider and on the National Treasury CSD; not restricted or a tender defaulter. 
- Service capabilities: must deliver the scope items below (for six RAF employees):
  - Unlimited access to IT research content
  - Guided implementations (virtual consulting)
  - Platform access for training and development
  - Diagnostic programs
  - Management and governance frameworks/templates/advisory guidance
  - Custom initiative plans and roadmaps
  - Rapid Application Selection Framework access
  - Concierge advisory engagements
  - 4–5 day workshop engagements
  - Internal sharing rights for research outputs

#### How to Apply
- Submissions: Responses must be emailed to BACsecretariat@raf.co.za (Attention: Demand Management) by 2026-10-02 11:00.
- Briefing: Not applicable; questions may be emailed for clarification (refer to the attached RFI).
- Bidding structure: Indicate type (Individual bidder, Joint venture, Consortium, Using subcontractors, Other) and provide required details per structure (per JV/consortium member or prime contractor/subcontractor as applicable). (Document: RFI)
