#### Requirements

- Minimum 3 years’ work experience on similar contracts; experience verified via the schedule of work experience.
- Bids must be submitted on prescribed documents and include a valid Tax Compliance Status PIN (SARS).

Quotation for provision of land surveying and town planning services for Swellendam Municipal Yard. Official quotation documents obtainable from Mr. K. Juries (Supply Chain Management Unit, 11 Lind Street, Swellendam) on tel: 028-5148500 or email scm@swellendam.gov.za from 06 August 2026. Technical enquiries to Mr. R. Brunings via email: rbrunings@swellendam.gov.za. Quotations to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the respective number and description, in the Municipal Quotation Box before 11:00 on 14 August 2026 at the Supply Chain Management Offices, 11 Lind Street, Swellendam. Submissions must be on prescribed documents and include a valid Tax Compliance Status PIN (SARS). Late submissions and submissions by email or facsimile will not be considered. Quotations evaluated and adjudicated according to Swellendam Municipality’s Preferential Procurement Policy and Supply Chain Management Policy. 80/20 point system applicable.
