#### Requirements
- SAGC registration with certificate (proof to be submitted)
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience on contracts of similar nature (experience verified via the schedule of work experience)
- Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN (SARS)
- Quotations must be submitted on prescribed documents, in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the quotation number and description
- Submission to the Municipal Quotation Box by 11:00 on 24 July 2026; late or non-delivered quotations are not considered
- Bids remain valid for 60 days from closing date
- Evaluation under the 80/20 Preferential Procurement Policy; lowest bid not guaranteed; Council may accept a portion or the full bid
- No inquiries will be handled in the last two days before closing (all inquiries in writing)
