## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of Landscaping Services at Bram Fischer International Airport (BFIA) for a five-year term, including airside and landside works.** Open to CIDB contractor grading 3SH or higher with landscaping capability, and must meet insurance, health-and-safety, tax, and BBBEE requirements (including herbicide licensing, qualified site supervision, and method statements).

#### Requirements
- CIDB grading: 3SH or higher (Landscaping).
- Key personnel: 
  - Site Supervisor with Matric and ≥3 years relevant landscaping management experience.
  - Herbicide Applicator license and ≥3 years herbicide experience.
  - Detailed method statement (scope, safety, PPE).
- Proven experience: completed comparable landscaping projects with reference letters (not PO/award letters).
- Compliance and risk: Occupational Health and Safety agreements; insurance schedule; risk register; site safety requirements.
- Tax and BBBEE: tax-compliance status (TCS PIN or CSD number); annual B-BBEE certification proof.
