**Provision of a Legal Services Panel (as and when required) for Eskom Group for up to five years.** The panel is tiered into categories covering Administrative/Procurement, Banking/Tax/Finance, Commercial/Corporate, Construction, Energy/Renewable, Intellectual Property, Insurance, Mining, Regulatory, Criminal, and Pension Fund law, inviting law firms/practitioners to join as needed.

#### Requirements
- Admitted and enrolled attorneys under the Legal Practice Act; gatekeeping for functionality.
- Submit Attorneys Admission Certificates, Good Standing Certificates, and Fidelity Fund Certificates for all proposed attorneys.
- Provide Annexures A–E (and F if applicable) and required SBD returnables (e.g., SBD 1, SBD 6.1, SBD 4), Tax Evaluation questionnaire, and Pricing Schedule.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration proof and valid BBBEE status (panel targeted at B-BBEE Level 1–3).
- Prices must be in line with Eskom’s rate framework; negotiations possible with a 10% margin.
- Functionality threshold: minimum 70% for each sub-panel; failure to meet results in disqualification.
